Where can I find my subscription details?

Your subscription is managed through ExtensionPay. Visit the ExtensionPay customer portal to view your subscription status, payment method, and billing history. You can access this from the Extension's settings page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from the ExtensionPay portal without penalty. Your Premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier.

How do I export my data?

Go to the Extension's settings and select "Export Data". This creates a JSON file of all your saved subreddits, folders, and preferences. You can download and backup this file anytime.

Is my data private?

Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device. We don't collect or store your personal information, Reddit credentials, or browsing history. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

What if I found a bug?

Please report bugs to support@gallifier.com with as much detail as possible, including your browser version and steps to reproduce. We take all reports seriously and work quickly to fix issues.
