By installing, accessing, and using Gallifier ("the Extension"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Gallifier is a Chrome extension that allows users to view Reddit posts in a gallery format, organize content into folders, and apply custom time filters. The Extension works with publicly accessible Reddit data and does not modify Reddit's services or terms.

3. License and Use

Gallifier grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code
• Distribute, sell, or rent the Extension
• Use the Extension for commercial purposes without permission
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the Extension in any way that violates Reddit's Terms of Service

4. Free and Premium Tiers

Gallifier offers both free and premium features:

• Free Tier: Day and Week time filters, 1 folder with 10 items, 10 quick-save subreddits, and basic import/export functionality.
• Premium Tier: $8.99 per year. Includes all free features plus Month and All-time filters, unlimited folders, unlimited items, unlimited quick-saves, and adjustable prefetch depth.

5. Payment and Billing

Premium subscriptions are processed through ExtensionPay, a trusted third-party payment processor. By purchasing Premium:

• You authorize Gallifier and ExtensionPay to charge your payment method annually
• Your subscription renews automatically on the anniversary date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via the ExtensionPay portal
• Refunds are subject to ExtensionPay's refund policy
• Taxes may apply based on your location

6. User Data and Privacy

Gallifier stores user preferences, saved subreddits, and folders locally on your device or in your browser's extension storage. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on data handling.

7. No Affiliation with Reddit

Gallifier is an independent third-party extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Reddit, Inc. Reddit is a trademark of Reddit, Inc. Use of the Extension is subject to both these Terms and Reddit's Terms of Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Gallifier is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Your use of the Extension is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gallifier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

10. Modification of Terms

Gallifier reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Extension.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to disable or terminate access to the Extension for users who violate these Terms or misuse the service. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension immediately ceases.
